| Indications | Simparica Trio® is indicated for: Prevention of Heartworm Disease: Caused by Dirofilaria immitis. Treatment and Control of Tick Infestations: Including Amblyomma americanum, Amblyomma maculatum, Dermacentor variabilis, Ixodes scapularis, and Rhipicephalus sanguineus. Treatment and Control of Flea Infestations: (Ctenocephalides felis). Treatment and Control of Roundworm Infections: (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina). Treatment and Control of Hookworm Infections: (Ancylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala). |

| Contraindications | Not recommended for dogs with a history of seizures or neurological disorders, as isoxazoline class drugs have been associated with such adverse reactions. Safety has not been established in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs. Not suitable for puppies under 8 weeks of age or weighing less than 2.8 lbs. |

Dosage is based on body weight: 2.8–5.5 lbs: 6 mg sarolaner / 0.12 mg moxidectin / 25 mg pyrantel 5.6–11 lbs: 12 mg sarolaner / 0.24 mg moxidectin / 50 mg pyrantel 11.1–22 lbs: 24 mg sarolaner / 0.48 mg moxidectin / 100 mg pyrantel 22.1–44 lbs: 48 mg sarolaner / 0.96 mg moxidectin / 200 mg pyrantel 44.1–88 lbs: 96 mg sarolaner / 1.92 mg moxidectin / 400 mg pyrantel 88.1–132 lbs: 144 mg sarolaner / 2.88 mg moxidectin / 600 mg pyrantel For dogs over 132 lbs, use an appropriate combination of chewables. |
| Storage | Store at 20°C–25°C (68°F–77°F), with excursions permitted between 15°C–30°C (59°F–86°F). Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children and pets. |
