| Indications | NexGard® COMBO is indicated for: Flea Treatment and Prevention: Kills adult fleas and prevents infestations. Tick Treatment and Control: Effective against black-legged ticks and lone star ticks. Heartworm Prevention: Prevents heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis. Treatment of Ear Mites: (Otodectes cynotis). Treatment and Control of Intestinal Parasites: Effective against tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum, Echinococcus multilocularis), roundworms (Toxocara cati), and hookworms (Ancylostoma tubaeforme). |

| Contraindications | Not recommended for cats with a history of seizures or neurological disorders, as isoxazoline class drugs have been associated with such adverse reactions. Safety has not been established in breeding, pregnant, or lactating cats. Not suitable for kittens under 8 weeks of age or weighing less than 1.8 lbs (0.8 kg). |
| Dosage | Administer topically once a month. Dosage is based on body weight: Cats 1.8–5.5 lbs (0.8–2.5 kg): 0.3 mL applicator. Cats 5.6–16.5 lbs (2.5–7.5 kg): 0.9 mL applicator. Cats over 16.5 lbs (7.5 kg): Use an appropriate combination of applicators. |
